What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Multaq And Alfuzosin?

My Husband is taking Multaq 400 mg. 2 X a day because he was in A-fib, he is now in sinus rhythm but because we are waiting for a tweaking of an ablation they have him on this new med. until then, but he is recovering from Pneumonia, so he is on Cefdinir also among a host of other drugs, and he is so tired he can hardly hold his heard up. He is also on Alfuzosin and when I looked it up Multaq should not be combined with it? He is 58 and otherwise in good health, I have never seen him so exhausted. Should I call the dr. on call the pharmacy we used is closed?
