What Causes Severe Fatigue, Excessive Thirst, Frequent Urination And Periorbital Puffiness?

I am a 54 year old female, i am 5 4 112 pounds, which is a normal weight for me. I am always so very tired, even after a full 8 hours of sleep, I am thirsty and crave water and other fluids all the time, which causes me to urinate often. I have very bad bags under my eyes and dark corners in my eyes which came on all of a sudden. I have brought this to my doctors attention in the last year, he did a blood test, but says it s normal. I don t understand what is happening, can you please help me
