What Causes Severe Fatigue And Mood Swings?

I have had nausea and I had two hot dogs and chocolate earlier and I love chocolate but chocolate doesn t sound appealing to me right now and I have been finding that I am exhausted everyday I have had mood swings like crazy idea if I am pregnant or not

I can understand your concern.
If you have any doubt about pregnancy then you first get done urinary pregnancy test because your all symptoms are seen in early pregnancy.
If urinary pregnancy test is negative then no need to worry for pregnancy.
Sometimes hormonal imbalance can also cause nausea and mood swings.
So get done hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
