What Causes Severe Fatigue And Insomnia?

I think I might be anemic because I looked up some of the symptoms after my mom told me I looked pale again today and I have been feeling really weak/ fatigued the past couple days and have had trouble sleeping and idk if I should go to the doctor and if I should how to tell met mom I need to go like “hey Mom can u make me a doctors appointment I think I might be anemic” like idk what I should say
