I have had pretty severe fatigue that has fluctuated severity over 8 years. I have times where I barely have energy to walk and lift my arms and could sleep 16 hours a night and still feel tired for months at a time. Then i will suddenly feel a bit better for a full 6-9 month period and then suddenly slip back into the severe fatigue. I get skin rashes mostly on my hands and legs. I have had some pretty bad short and long term memory loss. I black out about every other time I stand up. My arms feel like they have fallen asleep and have pins and needles multiple times a day. I used to get very tan when I was outdoors but now I seem very pale and get dry skin rashes. My menstrual cycle is very irregular, sometimes 6 months apart. I have had my hormones tested and I am very low in progesterone. I have used progesterone creams but they did not help much and only seemed like they made me gain weight but not relieve any symptoms. I try to exercise regularly (3-5 times a week in hopes that I will gain some energy) and eat mostly very healthy.
