What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Cough And Dizziness?

I have been feeling extremely weary and weak,have a cough, a bit dizzy when standing up after bending down, short of breath and an upset tummy.I have been taking 5ml a day of ramipril.My doctor says the cough can be put down to familial but not the other symptoms and has prescribed losartan potassium instead I don t want to take it until I see if the other feelings go away. Could these feelings that I described be due to familial and if so how long will the effects take to go away

take antioxident and omega 6. with balanced diet fresh fruits and vegetable. may be having postural hypotention. can take soya preparation.
