Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be having swelling behind the ear but until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Also possible that you may be having headache and pharygitis due to bacterial infection or other. Avoid cool'drinks and freeze water, use pain killers. If symptoms not improved please your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
