Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding severe ear pain, when you are taking treatment for meneires disease and temporomandibular joint.

As you said the ear pain may be a referred pain from teeth or temporomandibular joint but in that case on examination ear should be normal. In your case you are having problem of imbalance as well therefore it appears that your ear is involved.

Therefore it is mu suggestion to consult your ENT doctor for examination of ear and necessary investigations to pinpoint the diagnosis for treatment.

Regards.
