What Causes Severe Dizziness And Earache?

I am having bouts of severe, debilitating dizziness, pain in one ear, post nasal drip and sinus pressure/pain. I have seen several doctors, and an ENT. All have indicated ears were clear, diagnosis have ranged from allergies, pre-menopause, vertigo, bacterial sinusitis. I am currently on antibiotics, with no relief. What is going on? Have had issue for 4 months, everyday with varying severity.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are related to an infection and the body needs time to recover. You are already taking antibiotics which is the proper treatment in your case. I suggest you to drink a lot of water, use a humidifier at home and use saline nasal sprays for local relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
