General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is normal this appearance of stool for breastfeeding babies. I advise to analyze your breast milk and run culture testing for possible candida overgrowth which is common.

Perhaps your baby is only feeding with the first coming milk, not until totally emptying one breast; so you might change breasts within one feeding time.

For the moment, until you get the results of analysis of your breast milk, can start giving probiotics once daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
