What pain you are describing to be experiencing could be due to some pathology in the abdomen like stone in the kidneys/ureter or due to pelvic inflammation. It might be unrelated to the intercourse directly and might be aggravated after the act. Since you are feeling the strings of IUD, it is unlikely to have resulted in perforation of uterus. Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen done to know what could be the cause. Accordingly, based on the findings of the report, you need to consult Urologist or Gynecologist for evaluation and management.
