What Causes Severe Cough With Phlegm?
Hello....I am a 42 year old woman with MS...I have had a dry cough for several months now...today...this morning my cough brought up some phlem which tasted awful as it came up my throat. Now I am very very dizzy. If I move my head at all I am completely undone.... should I call my neuro?

What is the colour of sputam? Cough with sputam represent lower respiratory tract infection.
So you may use tab cefpodoxime with clavulinic acid 200/125 twice a day for five days. You may may use tablet deriphylline twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult with your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
