My problem started two weeks ago, I was out walking and it was chilly and very windy. I felt like i was breathing cold air in my upper chest. The problem keeps coming back when i am outside walking and today it did not stop after i returned home. Thank You, Carol

Usually it happens when your respiratory tract is sensitive to cold this can normally happen in days when there is much old or days when irritant suabstances like pollen is there in the air in large quantities. usually this settles by itself i would suggest you not a panic and adapt wait and observe policy hopefully things will get fine with time.
