What Causes Severe Chest Pain Along With Elevated BP?
i m a 58 yr. old female that has sever chest pain. The worst the pain the higher my b/p. I take medication and lots of it. All weekend I have had chest pain. I ve used Nitrol spray several times and it has helped for a little while but then the pain start again and then the B/P pressure begains to rise. This time it was 224/101 and the pain was unbearable. I took my evening meds though it was hours before my normal time. Not only my chest hurts during these times but my neck and jaw and EARS and upper back! This works after some time and my B/P and pain starts to lessen.

First thing you need to control is your blood pressure.
Consult cardiologist, get proper medicine and after that do ECG & if required Stress test.
