What Causes Severe Charlie Horse-type Pain In Left Calf Muscle?
I woke up in the night with horrible, charlie horse-type pain in my left calf muscle. I thought it was phantom pain after three attacks, but it is now constant and has been with me all day. I also developed pain in my ear / jaw that will not go away with ibuprofen. It is now spreading to a headache near my eye. It s all on the same side of my body, the left.

You could be having tendinitis. Apply hot water bag to the painful areas. Take pain killers. Get tested for Fibromyalgia. You may need oral steroids.
