What Causes Severe Burning Sensation In The Lips?

My lips have been feeling as though they are chapped/burning for about 3 weeks or so. I constantly use chapstick, often with an SPF of 15+. Could I have a vitamin deficiency or something other than chapped lips? I m not in the sun that often and the chapstick doesn t seem to help at all.

Take Cap Zevit 1 cap daily for 15 days.
Review after 15 days.
