What Causes Severe Burning Of Genital Warts Upon Application Of Imiquimod?

I have genital warts. I ve been using imiquimod. And also when I wash that off in the morning. I ll use Apple cidar vinigar and vasiline. Then wash that off in a couple hours. Ever since I ve been using the cream they ve caused me a lot of pain. It s hard to go to the bathroom because they burn so bad, it s hard to walk cause they rub and cause pain. They just hurt!! Anything I can do to stop the pain

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pure warts then it need to be removed surgically and it is the only option you have, and no need to try anything else beside this, hope this information helps.
