What Causes Severe Brain Fog Along With Tingling In Arm And Fatigue?

Symptoms: started with tingling right arm, and severe brain fog. Few days later right leg & right face tingling. Also extreme fatigue which lasted a few weeks. MRI, CT Scan, all blood tests are clear. right side Tingling & brain fog/cognitive still Comes and goes. now aches in legs and arms, vision off slightly, anxiety attacks, troubles sleeping for weeks now. Bit of vertigo/dizzy type feeling but not off balance. sometimes nausea. Sometimes right throat tight. No answers yet. Just looking for more ideas to inquire about.

I really appreciate your concern, if the imaging studies are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry but the symptoms could be due to stress and anxiety only, it is better try come out of this control your thought else the option would be psychiatrist consultation hope this information helps.
