What Causes Severe Bloating After Meal Along With Menstrual Symptoms?

For a month now I ve been feeling bloated after every meal. I ve been attributing it to my sedentary job, however, I ve noticed that my stomach area feels hard when poked. I ve also been experiencing abnormal menstrual period (I believe I m going through menopausal stages) but since I ve never been regular, I did not pay much attention to it. However, it s been a month now that I ve been finding myself having seemingly menstrual discharge during the daytime but nothing during at night and this has been going on for over a month now! Is this situation a cause for serious concern? Please advise. Thank you.
