What Causes Severe Backache On The Right Side?

I am 40 years old complaining of right back pain.Consulted an MD and requested me Labs. Results everything normal except these: MCV of 78 below normal. ALT high Eosinophils is high above normal Triglycerides is high above normal. Complaining of dizziness,headache easy fatigue left calf pain. Right upper quadrant pain, vomiting and shortness of breath. X ray normal ECG borderline
