What Causes Severe Backache And Stomach Ache While Urinating?
Hello. I started my period and it s normal. Or so I thought. I have sharp pain in front and back area when I pass gas, urinate, or even have a bowel movement. Do you maybe know what s going on? It s severely painful. It sends sharp pains up my stomach and back

Hi,
It's because of urinary tract infection. Kindly do investigations like urine routine and culture sensitivity test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any other possibilities. You may require antibiotics after Urologist consultation. Drink plenty of water. Keep your self-hydrated.
