What Causes Severe Back Pain In A Diabetic?

I m having pain in my back,in the area of the kidneys. I ve never had a kidney infection. I m 60 yrs old, a female. Urine has very little color. Barely yellow. I do have some arthritis in 3 or more areas in my back. I know back pain. But this is different. I m on januvia for diabetes. I try to stay aware of body signals, due to meds or disease. It s a take ur breath type of pain when it speaks, but it isn t always speaking. I ve had these sensations for last 3 days. Thank u for reading

it can be renal or ureteric calculi. or else pivd of lumbosacral region.can diagnose by ultrasound.diabetes is not contributing factor.
