What Causes Severe Back Pain And Breathing Difficulty?
Hello. I ve just suddenly felt a stabbing pain emanating from my back center meridian area and shooting to the right side of my back. It gives me stabbing pain when I do deep breathing and it seems like I m out if breath. Breathing makes my chest area tighten with spasm.

It seems like a muscular-skeletal problem to me. However, we should rule out other internal problems including respiratory issues.
So first get a good physical examination by your doctor first. You might need x-ray of the chest plus possible MRI of the spine to check for respective abnormalities.
Meanwhile, take magnesium supplement until you see your physician.
