What Causes Severe Anal Pain?

I just got an abortion Friday morning and ever since I ve been having severe anal pain but I don t have to use the bathroom I even tried forcing myself but it s just so painful. Is that normal? My first surgical abortion I didn t experience any of this anal pain at all.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the anal pain then it may not be due to the surgical abortion this is the first thing and second it may not be anal pain but it could be vaginal area pain due to the surgical procedure and it will be gone soon, you can try Tab Ibuprofen for this hope this information helps.
