My granddaughter started having what looked like boils when she started having periods. She has them quite frequently. They grow until they burst, they contain a lot of puss and blood. Her first one burst in the shower, it looked like a crime scene in the movies. There was blood and puss everywhere. The Dr. said there was no bacteria present, but it drains for days. What is this exactly and how do you treat it.
