What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?
i experienced extreme abdominal pain accompanied with diarrhoea and vomiting on the first day of my period after i became sexually active which continued until my doctor prescribed me the pill. while this cured the symptoms i still experience abdominal pain frequently throughout the month and have bouts of diarrhoea and constipation. is there something serious going on?

From history it seems that you might be having chronic gastro-intestinal infection, bacterial or protozoal giving this problem often.
Go for one course of ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3-5 days.
Take light diet for few days.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
