Hello and welcome to HCM,
Tingling sensation and weakness in arms is suggestive of some kind of nerve related disorder.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and certain investigations pertaining to nerve conduction.
Nerve injury heals spontaneously in majority of the cases.
Breathing difficulty can be due to various reasons.
Respiratory tract related disorders cause difficulty in breathing.
Thus, an examination of the respiratory tract is required and you need to consult a physician for it.
Pain in lower abdomen after an accident can be due to damage to soft tissues or nerves.
Since, the imaging studies have not revealed any abnormality, neurogenic pain is suspected.
Thus, nerve related investigations are required and thus management.

Thanks and take care
