Hello Dr.my son is six years old.since Friday he was having pain in his abdomen.dr prescribed cyclopam n digestive enzymes syrup.yesterday v went again he suggested drotin DS syrup n carmicide syrupy bandy plus.also suggested for sonography....report yet to come..what could b d reason

It may be due to several causes.
For further assessment she may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
Till then for pain you can give syp acetaminophen.
Give soft balanced diet.
