What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Diarrhoea?
I developed acute diarrhea & intermittent stomach pain as well as general achiness last Wednesday. I thought it might be possible food poisoning because it developed a few hours after I ate. It resolved significantly over the next few days, but returned yesterday acutely. I am in Spain hiking the Camino De Santiago. I was unable to hike today. Thoughts on cause & action?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea are self limiting if it is not the infection just hydration need to be taken care, if this long last then may needs some medication according to underlying cause but it is the self limiting one hope this information helps.
