What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Painful Urination?

Ive had really bad abdominal pain lately and when I went to the er they said I was fine. But I ve noticed when I pee or try and poop (I can t poop without laxatives) that it hurts. The pain didn t feel that bad today and usually when I masturbate it calms my nerves so I tried and it hurt worse. Am I actually okay or is there something wrong?
