What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps While On Birth Control Pills?

I went on the combined pill at the start of October and was going to miss out the withdrawal period so started the second pack, however after a week I was experiencing really severe cramps and lots of watery discharge which was sometimes bloody; I came of the pill after a week of the second pack for this reason - I was wondering if there was something wrong with me?

Hi thanks for asking question.
This pill has the most common side effect is breakthrough bleeding.
It can lead to headache, bloating, diarrhea and vomiting.The pill can lead to gastritis or ulcer also if patient is predisposed.
Meanwhile avoid spicy food and alcohol.
Drink more water.
If condition severe then drug can be taken like omeprazole.
Oregano like herbal capsule is helpful.
If still no benefit ultrasound examination done and if needed endoscopic examination done as final approach if no benefit.
