I'm 18 years old and I am over weight, I'm 5'10 and weight 290 or 295 pounds. Well I'm in law enforcement and all we do is do push ups, run on the track, PT (Physical training only on Wednesdays though) . I do this everyday besides PT which keeps me very active and I recently started portioning, I'm taking baby steps. So today Wednesday,January 28th I woke up this morning for school and I noticed I was spotting which told me I was coming on my menstrual. Well I have very very bad cramps to where I passed out one time because of the pain, I felt dizzy,lightheaded,throwing up, sweating,breathing heavy, rocking back and forth, weak, I cried, always nauseas during my cramping stage. So I take 6 ibuprofens, well this morning I thought I was gonna be on my menstrual so I took the 6 Ibuprofens before the cramping started. Well I took it without anything to eat. I haven't ate AT ALL today, I just been craving water like crazy. When I did try to eat I just spit it out. Also I have been sexually active the last time I was in a intercourse with my fiancée it was January 19, on a Monday. I was on my period January 1st- January 7th and I calculated that I was ovulating 14-20 of January but I might be wrong. Also, my neck is dark and it looks like it's dirty but it's not I scrub everyday but it won't come off and I have these dark dots between my breast on my chest and that looks dirty but it's not. Could I have diabetes ?
