What Causes Severe IBS During Stress?

i m 35yrs old was dignosed years ago with ibs which was worse while stressed trying for a baby that baby is now nearly 4 yrs.My systoms are not as bad not much pain but i dont go to the toilet regularly but that seems the normal now for me.My question is i struggle to brake wind i can feel in right at the end of my bottom but when i do its small i get alot of bloating?
