General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sensitivity in the clitoris is due to the numerous nerve endings that it has & when blood flow increases it may get swollen & aroused.

Stress & anxiety, thinking positive about sex or fantasizing about it can trigger wet orgasms. Avoid taking caffeine at bed time & relax. Sleep on your sides.

Avoid watching pornography. Stay away from substance abuse or addictions if any. Avoid stress both physical & emotional.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
