Hi,

Based on your medical history, you need to visit the ER. If you feel any one sided weakness or sensation problems that can be a new clot causing brain infarct which needs prompt hospital admission, treatment, and observation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal, General & Family Physician
