What Causes Seminal Incontinence?
Hi, I am male 66yrs old My penis leaks what I think is semen when I have the slightest non sex related talk with my new girlfriend. it actually soaks my pants, so not a small amount escapes. please can you tell me if this is something I should seek medical help for? Thank you Don Grace
