What Causes Segmental Limb Pressures?

What would cause segmental limb pressures in a healthy 17 year old with BP of 133/88 to significantly decrease post exercise..overall score post exercise of 0.67. Reason for test was bilateral cyanosis intermittently from mid thigh to mid shin bilaterally

Generally difference in limb pressure (segmental) is due to decrease blood supply to that particular segment. Most likely you are suffering from blockage of blood vessels if it's significant difference. Please report to a vascular surgeon as soon as possible.
