What Causes Scratchy Pulsating Noise In Ear When Lying Down?
When I sleep I wake up to a scratchy pulsating noise in my ears and I got to stay up for a few minutes for it to quit. It dont do it if I keep my head elavated and has been going on for 6-8 months now. What might it be? I dont have high blood pressure.

I would suggest you to consult with ent specialist and get audiometry test done to evaluate other ent cause for tinnitus. .Empirically you can take tablet containing betahistine and ginkobiloba extract.
