Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 71 year old male in great health (according to my latest lab tests). One issue is I seem to have stopped producing sperm. My ejaculate is a small amount of clear fluid, I presume semen. Is this normal? Can I, or should I do something about it? No, don t want any more kids, just want to feel a bit younger.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You need to be checked for retrograde ejaculation for confirmation of semen in urine. It may be due to incomplete ejaculation seen in prostatitis or prostatomegaly. It may be due to anxiety may present like this. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
