One spot on my scalp itched chronically and intermittently. I never noticed a bump or lesion until I snagged something with my comb and a small piece of scale came off and the bump or whatever it bled a little. I ve been using topical steroid cream on the bump, the itch is completely gone but the bump is now like a small pimple. Will it eventually clear up with the steroid cream;could it be cancer?
