What Causes Scab And Brown Sores?

Hi I have brown like sores that appear to look like cigarette burn. I have 4 and they almost look like a scab but when I play with. The brown scab like skin falls off and then it is sore. Today I noticed a clear blister on arm with puss it has the same shape and now looks like it will turn brown- it s getting darker Only one seems to be irritating me (which is the one I rubbed).

Hi.
As per your case history you are having furuncles which form scabs on healing.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
