Hello,

I can understand your concern. Have you had any follow up appointment with the dentist to check on the progress of the healing of extraction wounds?

As you are not having pain in the oral cavity, chances are less that the sites are infected. However, if you are suffering from periodontitis or pyorrhea, it is common to have salty taste in mouth due to pus discharge from the gums. Chances are less based on symptoms, but extraction wounds should also be checked for any signs of pus formation or infection.

I recommend that you visit your dentist for follow up appointment and if pyorrhea is the problem, go for scaling and root planing procedures to bring gingiva in healthier state.

The hearing loss and pain regarding the lung do not seem to be related to the extraction of the teeth. Thus, you should consult a physician for an opinion regarding those issues.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
