What Causes Rustling Sound In The Ear?

There's a horrible rustling noise in my left ear. I've never had any sorts of ear infections, and I swab daily. When I move my jaw or face muscles it feels like something's moving. I recently had my tragus pierced and have been cleaning it with saline that sometimes drips into my ear. What's going on?

As per your complain you have problem of rusting sound in ear that may be because of wax build up in ear or or ear injury or eustasian tube problem or perforation or other reasons.

Special investigation like otoscopy examination of ear give exact idea about problems.
Detail history and investigation helpful for diagnosis.
Consult a ENT specialist for clinical examination of ear.

If you feel clicking sound during jaw movement that may be because of TMJ problem.
Palpation of TMJ helpful for diagnosis.
Treat underling cause.
