What Causes Runny Nose And Body Aches?

i hav felt relly tired for a few weeks now even altho im careful to make sure i have enough sleep.i feel weak and achey. I have also recently started getting a runny nose and i feel sick after eating but havent actually been sick. any ideas? im 21 female.

Noted the history about a 21 year old female having runny nose, bady ache in spite of good rest, feel sick after eating.
The most probable causes can be one of the following:
Can be viral infection.
General infection like typhoid, malaria, urinary tract infection can also present in such ways.
Hence the following is needed in your case.
Please consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination.
Get complete investigations to know the cause of your symptoms as this may give a specific cause thus making specific treatment possible.
Complete the courses of medicines as would be suggested by your treating Doctor.
