What Causes Running Nose, Sore Throat, Ear Pain And Fatigue?

I am not sure what I have but I am going on two weeks now with it. I have a runny nose, congested sore throat ear ache on my right side that goes down into my neck. What can I do to help this? I also am very tired and cannot function right as in keep my head up long and get very dizzy and light headed if I stand up.

According to history you can have acute pharyngitis along with right side ear infection that leading you dizziness...

Consult Otorhinolaryngologist for your examination and get prescription accordingly

Complete course of antibiotics given as it is two weeks duration...

For congestion relief take benadryl like decongestant drug

Steam inhalation done three times a day

Vitamin C lozenges also taken

Salt water gargle two times a day

Take one tsp ginger juice and honey for soothing

For runny nose oxymetazoline nasal spray given
