What Causes Running Nose Along With Sore Throat While On Carbimazole?

Hi I am taking Carbimazol after bloods came back saying I am hyperthyroid....two weeks ago....but I have now started with a runny nose sore throat and my voice has got very light.....should I stop taking tablet, I am due to see endocrinologist consultant next week....thanks

I really appreciate your concern, if the medicine creates the doubt then you can stop this although it may not be the reason for what the voice symptom you have it may be due to something else now you are going to see the endocrinologist then it is okay if you can stop the medicine for a while hope this information helps.
