What Causes Rough Spot On Thigh While Suffering From Psoriasis?

I am a 29 year old female. I recently observed a cigarette like burn on my thigh. (it is not a cigarette burn). It s texture is rough. It does not itch, I didn t even know it was there. I have not had something like this before. I have celiac disease and gastroparesis, but both are managed and I steer 100% clear from gluten. I have psoriasis of the scalp, but have not had it on my body.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Do you had any history of unprotected sexual intercourse. Pain less burn like spots along with positive history of unprotected sex can give suspicion of syphilitic chancre. If you send a picture of the lesion then it will be helpful in identifying. A visual examination by a dermatologist will help to rule out the condition. Dark field microscopy from lesion also carried out to confirm this. If it is that then 1 shot of penicillin G or 1 week doxycycline antibiotic therapy will be helpful to get rid off it.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
