What Causes Rise In Heart Beat Upon Slight Exertion?
Hi I ve had a high heart rate for the past year or so. It normally stays at 105-120 but when I do the slightest movement it can go to 120-130 and when I walk or exercise it goes from 130-210 and it drops in seconds after I don t move. Like I ll walk and it s 130 and when I suddenly stop and sit it drops to the 90 s and then goes back up to 100 s I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure and a family history of heart disease and diabetes on both sides is there a problem I should worry about ?
Sinus tachycardia with abnormal response may be due to anxiety, caffeinated drinks intake or cardiac failure or pheochromocytoma or drugs like adrenergic agonists etc.
So please get it done ECG and Holter monitoring. Use tablet inderol in case of palpitations.
Please consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
