What Causes Rise In BP Level And Heart Palpitations?
I just recently had a spike in blood pressure and heart palpitations. Waiting on a cardiology visit next week. I weigh 115 lbs, eat a mostly organic whole grain plant base diet and occasional eat lean meats like salmon (wild caught only). My BP this week spiked at 201/109 and I went to the ER. What secondary hypertension issues should I ask my doctor to rule out before just prescribing medication?

I really appreciate your concern, if the hypertension being treated very well then there may not be any issue seen, along with this some factors that is more concern and it needs to be minimize or totally reduce, changing of life style is must hope this information helps.
