Hello and Welcome to Health Care Magic,
I have gone through your query and i can understand your concern.

Ringing of Ears, Tinnitis, in your case suggests the possiblity of Ear Infection. The inflammatory response in the involved site might have caused compression on the TMJ on the affected side causing the Pressure on the Jaw and also headache. Infection in the ear might have causes the pus formation which might have drained from your left ear.

I would suggest you to have a visit to ENT for examination and rule out any other cause. If i were your doctor, I would have prescribed Antibiotics and Anti inflammatory medicine provided you were not allergic to them. For TMJ i would have prescribed Muscle Relaxant and Hot fomentation on the Joint to relax the Muscles of the joint.

Thanks and regards,

Dr Himayun Mir
